Whole Life Coaching can be done online from anywhere in the world. Although Jen is a Nurse Practitioner, she will not be acting in this role during these sessions. She will not diagnose, prescribe, or treat any specific symptoms or illnesses during this work. If you’re in Oregon, you can come and see her at her clinic.
During Whole Life Coaching, Jen will be your coach and consultant. She is happy to look over lab results and make recommendations about your health and nutrition. You will need to talk over these recommendations with your primary care provider.
Jen will act as your Whole Life Coach educating, inspiring, and supporting you toward the life you most want for yourself.
We will help you get clear on the goals you have for yourself and help you overcome any obstacles that come up along the way.
Here’s How it Works:
We’ll start with an Introductory Session (special offer of $97 during July) where we will discuss your goals and determine if we are a good fit to work together. If I can help you in just one session, I’ll be happy to do so.
If it feels right to continue working together, we’ll enter into one of the packages described below. I don’t offer single sessions past the Introductory Session since my experience shows that true transformation requires time, support, and regular accountability.
If you do continue, your Introductory Session price will be applied to your total package fee.
All Packages are for 3-Months and All Include:
~One-hour coaching sessions
~The FLOURISH Mindset Foundations 8-Week online course ($397 value)
~Email support in-between sessions for time-sensitive issues or “freak out” moments
- Includes 2 weekly sessions followed by 2 monthly sessions.
- 4 Total Sessions
- Includes 3 weekly sessions followed by 5 bi-weekly sessions.
- 8 Total Sessions
- Includes weekly sessions throughout the three months.
- 12 Total Sessions
